How Your Mind Can Impact Your Health
What effect can our mind have upon our body and our response to
adversity? When you face adversity of any kind you must do everything
possible to tune in your mind to what is going on within your emotions
and your thoughts. Know what you are doing with your fear, your anger, and your pain.

Your mind can make you well or make you sick. Your mind can also
control your physical pain by concentrating your mental images upon
