A Prayer About Gaining From The Future
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
In your love, I can turn what is rotten in my life into something good and
glorious for you.
In your love, I can turn what is ugly and terrible in my life into
something beautiful for you.
In your love, I may not be able to change the physical nature of the way
things are in my life.
In your love, I may not be able to change where I am at the moment.
In your love, I may not be able to change my obligations at the moment.
In your love, I may not be able to change anything about my life at the
moment, but with your help I can change the person who lives within me.
With your help and within your love, help me change the person within me
so I can easily change my trials into opportunities.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
