A Prayer Of Praise For God's Love During Times Of Pain

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Your love is my greatest strength when the pain comes to devastate me.
Your love is my most important weapon against the pain.
Your love is my most important job when I hurt.
Your love is my most important willful act when I hurt.
Your love is my most important medication when the pain starts to overwhelm me.
Your love is my connection to the infinite, even when my pain cuts into my soul and blinds me to your infinite love.
Your love is my highway to Heaven when I think there is no hope for leaving the ground.
Your love is my ticket for the outbound train to glory when the pain sears me and doubles me over.
When the pain comes, I resolve to fight back against the pain by letting your love touch me.
When the pain comes, I resolve to fight back against the pain by letting your love turn the tide of my battle against the pain.
When the pain comes, I resolve to let your love overwhelm me as the pain is besieging me.
When the pain comes, I resolve to let your love touch me, move me, and heal me even when the pain does not go away.
When the pain comes, I resolve to let your love touch me so I will always be your child.
When the pain comes, I resolve to always do your will, even when I hurt so bad I think I am going to break.
Help me open my heart to your love, and through your love, may I never make any excuses and never complain.
Although I do not know all things, in my pain at this moment, I proclaim your love to be my way to victory.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
Amen
