Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Once I was blind but you made me see.
Now I shall forget my blindness and I shall strain forward toward what is ahead.
I shall press on toward the goal to win the prize for which you have called me heavenward in your blessed name.
I shall look forward to the day when we can be together and see each other face to face.
I shall look forward to the day when I can see your glory, the glory given to you because your father in Heaven loved you before the creation of the world.
I am suffering because I have chosen to follow you and because I have chosen to serve you.
I know you know about my suffering.
I am not ashamed to be your follower.
I am not ashamed to be your servant.
I am not ashamed to be one of your own.
I am not ashamed because I know you are able to guard me from the dark powers and you are able to guard my work and service for you as I push onward toward your goal.
In my work, and in my striving to move forward to your kingdom, I do all in love, knowing you put me here for the defense of the gospel.
In you I place all of my life and in you I trust.
In your power and wisdom I trust.
I am able to look forward in this hour of darkness and distress because I am surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses.
Because I am surrounded by such great witnesses, I shall throw off everything that hinders and throw off the sin that so easily entangles.
I shall run with perseverance the race marked out for me.
I shall fix my eyes upon you, my beloved Lord Jesus, the author and perfecter of my faith.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
