A Prayer About Being Young Again

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
When I look in the mirror, I do not see the person I was just a few years ago.
When I look in the mirror, I see I am getting older.
My world and I are always changing, yet I have blessings because of you.
I have lost people, but you have gained them.
I have lost health, but you have gained in the glory of my humility.
I have lost opportunities, but you have gained in my doing only your will not my own.
I have lost my youth, but you have gained by giving me your wisdom.
When I have lost, you have always gained.
Thank you for being with me through the changes of my life.
Thank you for being with me through the changes to come.
I love you.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
