In my love and by my power, I proclaim to you that today, tomorrow, and for all the days of your life, you shall make every effort to seek my hope and confidence.

You shall make every effort to leave the pain you feel outside of yourself rather than letting the pain live inside of you.

You shall make every effort to meditate and think about my hope for relieving your pain.

You shall make every effort to isolate your pain from your heart, mind, and soul.

You shall make every effort to leave in my hands the future of your life so you will not worry about the future.

You shall give to me every doubt, question, and worry so you shall attain peace and contentment beyond all reason.

You shall make every effort to stop every destructive thought, stop every destructive influence, and stop all destructive energies from coming into your life.

You shall make every effort to always look up to me rather than looking down at the ground where only the great deceiver lives.
